Founder’s Statement

Building opportunity. Practicing compassion. Strengthening community.

SonWay begins with a belief that people have something valuable to contribute. Our purpose is to create opportunities for meaningful work, support one another’s well-being, and steward resources with care.

In my role as a servant leader, I want to express, impart and exemplify the values of community, empathy and compassion by bringing financial opportunities, physical, emotional and spiritual health to others.

Shaun Gibson, Founder.
